The PTZ would be extended until 2023
Good news for new-build buyers and those purchasing a primary residence!
The zero-rate loan was due to expire at the end of 2022, but will now be extended until the end of 2023, subject to the same zone and income conditions.
Just a reminder: you also need to have been a homeowner for at least 2 years to qualify.
This measure will be confirmed at the end of the year in the new 2022 Finance Act.
